CE for Cheferoni- Fun at the Breezie garden

My second entry for Cheferoni's contest
The category was to have her OC Rosalee do something she likes with another pony- it can be an OC or a canon pony. So I chose, surprise, surprise, Fluttershy, and a brief cameo by SeaBreeze XD
