Commish- Enter Bianca

A commission for *chrisofduty6
He asked for a drawing of Bianca, and said I could do what I want with it :3 So I made her wet, and kiss a Pokeball : D (Kind of based off the scene where Harley was kissing his Pokeball when he sent out Cacturne).
I'm guessing that Ash's Oshawott accidentally drenched sprayed Bianca with a water gun attack, and now she's pissed at him, and wants to battle him
I also referenced off a background from a screenshot from the Pokemon episode "Different Strokes for Different Blokes" (It's a Paul episode, what a surprise I guess obsessions can help sometimes X3). I don't own the background, obviously.
Sad thing is, the person who commissioned it is suspended for a couple of weeks...I feel so bad that I didn't get it done sooner! Shit!
I hope he likes it anyway
