ToE App- Frosty Pastel

My app for #Throne-of-Equestria
This is my new MLP: FiM OC, Frosty Pastel. At first I made her on a whim, but then I saw the group, so I thought "Oh what the hay, I'll join the competition C:".
Here's some info about Frosty:
Name: Frosty Pastel
Mane Color: Icy Blue
Body Color: Lavender
Eye color: Green
Accesories:
-Her Favorite scarf: It's a basic grey scarf with a snowflake pattern on the end. She's had it ever since she was a little filly, and almost never takes it off.
Rank: Citizen
Personality: Frosty is usually nice and mellow, and usually maintains a cool attitude in bad situations. However, she has a hard time socializing (since she's usually confined in the snowflake factory, and she's not allowed to talk very much because making the snowflakes involves a lot of concentration), and often says the wrong thing at the wrong time. She's also a bit insecure, but very modest, especially when it comes to her artwork.
Flying skill: Average. Not exactly the level of the Wonderbolts, but enough to get her from point A to point B without her crashing or falling XD
History: As a filly, Frosty absolutely HATED School with a burning passion of a thousand suns. She was getting picked on a lot, mostly because she didn't get her cutie mark yet, and because she came across as the nerdy kid who never talked to anyone. That all changed when she went on a field trip to the weather factory...
One of the places her class went to was the snowflake factory. She was fascinated by the amount of detail the artisans put into each snowflake, and she wanted to try it on her own. So, the person doing the tour allowed the classmates to make their own snowflake. Frosty's snowflake turned out very nice, and suddenly, something clicked in her mind: This might be what I want to do when I'm grown up! And, thus, she earned her cutie mark was earned, and she's been happily working at the factory ever since.
Extra info:
-She lives in a house that resembles a snowglobe.
-Her favorite drink is hot chocolate.
-Her scar underneath her eye came from a childhood accident, but she doesn't like talking about it very much >.>
